A new look marks a new era for Austrian CAD/CAM and ERP specialist, CAD+T. Following the introduction of Thomas Schwarz and Martina Schwarz as joint CEOs 18 months ago, the second-generation business has continued to embrace change and push the company to new heights both at home and overseas.
The new branding, which still gives a resounding nod to its 35-year heritage, has been designed to represent the company we see today. A company that has subsidies across the world – including the UK, UAE, East Asia and Australia – and employs over 95 members of staff. It’s also a company that has launched its largest and most comprehensive range of fully integrated software solutions to date and features over 60 software applications based on AutoCAD® and Autodesk Inventor® for batch size one production and serial production.
To reflect its growing portfolio and strong international sales, the software specialist has launched a new, interactive website that includes a wealth of features, including a remote support function, product videos and informative downloads. A widespread social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, as well as a growing YouTube channel, is also a sign of the company’s intent to promote its products on a wider scale and engage and educate a new generation of furniture designers.
“When Thomas Schwarz and I became CEOs in 2021, we wanted to continue to build on the success our father, Anton Schwarz, had and not stand still. After all, the industry is constantly changing, so we too need to evolve and adapt to remain on top of our game. Our latest branding exercise is part and parcel of this. We welcome change. In fact, we actively encourage it, and it continues to empower me and the people inside my company"
In addition, the continual investment and promotion of the company’s annual Talent Camp – a competition designed to encourage school leavers and apprentices aged 16-28 to follow a career in the furniture design and manufacturing industry – is a clear indication that CAD+T’s sights are very much on the future.
Martina Schwarz, CEO of CAD+T says: “When Thomas Schwarz and I became CEOs in 2021, we wanted to continue to build on the success our father, Anton Schwarz, had and not stand still. After all, the industry is constantly changing, so we too need to evolve and adapt to remain on top of our game. Our latest branding exercise is part and parcel of this. We welcome change. In fact, we actively encourage it, and it continues to empower me and the people inside my company.
“With the digital age firmly upon us, we want to present our decades of experience and knowledge to a larger audience in a clear and concise way, whilst helping our customers to not only understand the power of digitalisation but how they can reap the rewards it can bring.
“With an ambitious team of talented professionals working together to enhance our offering and new and improved branding that reflects our ambitions for the future, now is the right time to cement our name as a leading bespoke software provider for the furniture design market and invest in the future, today.”
